Heart Evangelista graces once again on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine.

It is Heart's third time to cover Cosmo. Heart said to show this time around her sexy and naughty side.

Cosmopolitan Magazine's editor-in-chief Zo Aguila said, "A lot of our readers are younger, and parang they can still relate to Heart. Even if Heart's achieved so much, she's still wide-eyed [and] curious about everything."

Heart Evangelista, 26, is part of the lead cast of "Temptation Island" remake which is set to be released next month.
