Judy Ann Santos reveals losing 40 pounds of weight in 8 months

Judy Ann disclosed that she now weighs around 120 pounds through jogging, going to the gym and doing yoga.
She previously revealed that she is following the Cohen Diet, a balance eating plan which is not calorie based nor a high-protein diet.
Judy Ann had also thanked having culinary skills since it is easier for her to prepare healthy food.
