Kenneth Stern of the Philippine Volcanoes (the national rugby union team of the Philippines) has been chosen as one of the finalists of Cosmopolitan USA's "Bachelor of the Year." The 23-year old Fil-Am hunk is representing Connecticut and is competing against 51 other swoon-worthy bachelors from all over the US.
