DPWH officials are everywhere (Photoshopped Photos)

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) already apologized for posting the photoshopped photo of its officials on its Facebook page.

However, that did not stop netizens to backlash the government agency even more. Apart from using Twitter and other social media sites to air their negative reactions, some Noypis actually took time to create photoshopped photos of the three DPWH officials in various places and events - even in movie and TV series scenes.
