MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2011 Winners | Complete List

The MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2011 is being staged today at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The said awards give recognition to the top music videos and performances to singers and bands last year.

Just before the show started, MTV announced through its official website that Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Katy Perry and Adele already received awards. According to MTV, Lady Gaga was the winner of the newest award category, "Best Video with a Message" for "Born this Way" while Beyonce took home "Best Choreography in a Video" award for "Run The World."

Katy Perry, this year's most nominated artist, also received an award for "E.T." which is the "Best Special Effects in a Video."

Adele is so far the biggest winner since she already was awarded three (3) professional awards which include the "Best Editing in a Video", "Best Art Direction in a Video" and "Best Editing in a Video," all for her smash hit "Rolling in the Deep."
