Father poisons 3 sons in CDO

A man in Cagayan de Oro City reportedly added a rat poison into the chocolate drink he prepared and served it to his three sons aged one to five.
Citing a dzXL radio report, GMA News said the kids have been brought to a local hospital by their aunt after seen manifesting symptoms of poisoning such as vomiting and paleness. They are now under observation.
According to the report, the father also drank the tainted drink. The man and his wife, who is based in Manila, reportedly argue often about financial matters over the phone.
Update: One of the children has died.
According to an ABS-CBN Cagayan de Oro report, the man learned about his wife having an affair with someone else in Manila. A relative is convinced that the man intended to poison his kids.
