Model-actor Sebastian Castro made a big revelation today, which is his birthday!

Sebastian posted a video of himself on Youtube confiding about a secret he has never told anyone before. Check it out below:

Sebastian Castro was among the 69 bachelors featured in this year's Cosmo Bachelor Bash. He was also part of the cast of the award-winning indie film "Ang Babae sa Septic Tank".
