Sam Pinto is celebrating her birthday with her fans this December 17, 2011! The "sexiest woman in the Philippines" is inviting her die-hard fans to come and be with her on that special day.

To be able to attend the party, a fan only need register by filling up a form provided HERE. The registration will end on Sunday, December 11, 2011, 11pm.

The event will take place at 7pm at a restaurant in Pasay City - details about the exact location will be emailed to those who will register. Sam will also be launching the Sam Pinto Circle during the event.

According to the online form which was posted on the official Facebook Fan Page of Sam, a fee of P350 per person will be collected on the event to defer the cost of the launch and other Sam Pinto Circle activities.

Sam Pinto (born Samuelle Lynne Acosta Pinto) will be turning 22 this Sunday, December 11, 2011. Hence, the event on December 17 is a post-birthday celebration.

Sam Pinto has been chosen once again as the covergirl of the magazine that hailed her as the "Sexiest Woman in the Philippines" a few months ago, FHM Philippines.

Clad in a very sexy outfit and with hardened lava and volcanic ash as backdrop, Sam Pinto looks uber hot on the December 2011 cover of the magazine.

It is the second cover for Sam who posed for the magazine the first time in July 2010. The photo was shot by Xander Angeles, the same photographer who did her first FHM cover.

On December 11, 2011, Sam Pinto will be at the Robinsons Galleria Movieworld for her FHM autograph signing at 5-7PM.

Today's brightest young stars Julia Montes, Kathryn Bernardo, Sam Pinto, Danita Paner, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Kylie Padilla, and Lauren Young are all featured on the covers of the October 2011 issue of Preview magazine.

Alden Richards recently invited his celebrity crush Sam Pinto for a "friendly date" in his live interview on national TV. Sam has made her reply and it's a 'yes'!

"It's a friendly date, so why not? That's a yes!" Sam Pinto told PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal).

But is Sam willing to go further than a "friendly date" with Alden Richards? This is what she replied to PEP.

"Me, I prefer older men lang. Pero... I don't know. Ever since, I never had a boyfriend younger than me." Sam said.

On Showbiz Central's July 17 episode, this is what Alden said:

"Ms. Sam Pinto, I hope you don't mind po if I ask you out on a friendly date."

Alden and Sam are working together in a GMA Films teen movie Tween Academy: Class of 2012.

Sam Pinto who was voted this year as FHM Philippines' "No 1. Sexiest Woman in the World" led the beautiful Pinays including a number of celebrities who ramped the stage of the burlesque-themed FHM 100 Sexiest Women Victory Party which was successfully held last night (July 14, 2011) at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

Among the celebrities present were Eula Valdez, Bianca Manalo, Michelle Madrigal, Misa Campo, Katrina Halili, Jacq Yu, Paulene So, Regine Angeles and many more.
