Civil Engineering Exam Results: May 2011 Civil Engineering Board Exam Topnotchers

The PRC Civil Engineering Exam Results were released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday. The results contain the list of passers of the Civil Engineering Board Examination which gives license to Civil Engineering graduates across the nation to practice their profession. It was given by the Board of Civil Engineering in various testing centers in the country on May 11 and 12, 2011.

The results released on Tuesday listed the names of 1,195 CE grads who passed the exam. There were 3,117 who took the exam and thus, the national passing rate is 38.34% . Check the full list of passers HERE.

After garnering the highest ratings in the exam, the Commission named the following examinees as Topnotchers or the Top 10 examinees of the May 2011 Civil Engineering Board Exam:

For passers, please be guided by the following announcements from the PRC:

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, May 23, 2011 but not later than June 10, 2011. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the SMX Convention Center, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Registration for membership with the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. will start on Monday, May 23, 2011.
